U.N Sanctions

The United State can not truly achieve additional mandate on North Korea without United Nations. North Korea new trials on missile range is a concern. It is however expected that recent power play at UN converges American 'raisin detat' - 'raison detat':, a once laborious argument by the French 'for their reasons to live' (their way) - defended by Henry Kissinger in his 4-star 'Diploma', used in defense of Washington Consensus. But in this August, 2017, the call for argument for a North Korea resolution is not expected to arrive until October of this year's calendar, as such the resolution achieved yesterday was achieved in haste as if the speed of the indictment is bound with Trump's lasting popularity in the COUNTRY. How else could the United Nation has acted?- For one thing United Nations do not speak one language on North Korea, do dissent either, and when the other nations are involved, there is an argument leading to resolution/s. We are not at war yet with North Korea and swift resolution is a means to enhance a position.


The INTERIM UN secretary has duties to the council which is not expected to waiver in spite of recent negotiation, does not waiver in spite of the flaws in North Korea's experiment and does not waiver in spite of the sanctions in the interest of mankind. FOR one thing, the exact the nature of the sanction is not sampled through public opinion, it does not make mention of the National Security advisement, and in terms of the collapse of Trump's attitude to Mexico, there is hardly any new material that require a United Nations resolution.
